“ There are a ton of incredible sandwich spots in Santa Barbara, but there are two that stand above and beyond. Both of those happen to be in the same stretch. Panino is great, pricing is fair, customer service is fantastic. Their Sliced turkey with Brie cheese sandwich is a work of art that belongs in the Louvre of sandwiches and placing it anywhere else would be an insult to how good this sandwich is. Their curried chicken salad sandwich also deserves an honorable mention in that echelon. If you're in the area I'd highly recommended stopping here for a quick bite. Atmosphere is solid with nice outside dining, I haven't actually parked there myself as my office is in walking distance but I believe they have a pretty nice parking lot there. ”

We got the chicken pesto on baguette, the curry chicken salad & the turkey and salami in focaccia. Took it to the beach & that was the perfect combo. My regret is not knowing about this place sooner. “ Located a hop and skip away from the presido this sandwich shop has something from everyone. Get your sandwich or salad or soup and people watch. The ingredients and products used to make the sandwich are delicious and fresh. No stale bread. You have different bread options. The chicken sandwich with sundried tomatoes pretty filling. The service was friendly and prompt. We had just sat down and the sandwich followed. They have bottled drinks from small businesses. They have mostly outdoor seating and some indoor sitting. ”

Food: absolutely delicious exceeding and sandwich option I have ever had. There are no bad options honestly. You can choose your own bread to complete the sandwich. The flavors explode in your mouth. You could eat a full sandwich or plan to split based on your hunger level. Pricing is very reasonable and their chip selection was applaudable. ”

Let my super picky daughter know she could make her own sandwich rather than subtracting everything from a sandwich on the menu lol I wasn't sure what to expect. Ham and cheese? Sounds pretty basic. This sandwich was not basic. Ham, yes. Swiss yes. Focaccia yum. I guess I was expecting mayo and mustard? But honey? I was not expecting that. And it was so good. Soooo pleasantly surprised. The plates were cute too. The chairs were a little uncomfy, but that's a me thing. Only thing for me, is I would prefer a non-kettle chip. They tear up my mouth lol Edit: 2 weeks later, and I'm still thinking about this sandwich. ”
